JOAN HATRAK (PRESIDENT): Joan Hatrak has been actively involved with Hatrak Associates since it was founded in 1983. Joan has served as Treasurer, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Product Implementation Manager. Currently Joan is the President of Hatrak Associates and provides important guidance to the entire Hatrak team.

ROBERT HATRAK (HATRAK ASSOCIATES CEO): Along with Joan Hatrak Bob Hatrak helped found Hatrak Associates in 1983. Bob spend nearly 30 years working in government (Director of Corrections for the State of Alaska, Deputy Prisons Director for the State of Nevada, Warden at Rah way State Prison in New jersey and other similar employment). During his career Bob built his success on reducing the cost of operations and in particular lowering overtime costs. Currently he is the CEO of Hatrak Associates. Bob has a bachelors and masters degree and has accumulated credits toward a doctorate in public administration.

DAVID VISCO (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT): David has the responsibility to lead the Business Development Team. In that role he builds sales teams and leads the sales effort of the software.
